Rebecca Poarch (b. 1998, Long Island, NY) is an artist and painter based in Los Angeles, CA. She received her MFA from California Institute of the Arts and her BFA from Pennsylvania State University, where she was awarded the Margaret Giffen Schoenfelder Memorial Scholarship. Her work has been exhibited at California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, CA, Kathryn Markel Fine Arts in Bridgehampton, NY, and Deanna Evans Projects in New York, NY. In 2021, she was selected as an Artist-in-Residence at Duplex AIR in Lisbon, Portugal. She previously served as Director at Halsey McKay Gallery in East Hampton, NY and Brooklyn, NY from 2022-2024, where she curated the exhibition “Metallurgy” in 2024.
